Founder and CEO, Patricia A. Sullivan has over 20 years executive management experience in Organizational Development and Human Resources for cGMP, ISO, FDA companies and renown educational institutions. As a trainer and educator, Ms Sullivan served as an Adjunct Instructor for Villanova University.

Her education includes an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources, and a Masters of Science in Business Management, focusing on Organizational Design. Continuing her desire for excellence she holds several certifications including SPHR Certified Empowerment Coach and Master Trainer.
